Danielle is a designer at Travis Van Liere Studio. She earned her Master of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Minnesota in 2019, completing the Accelerated Bachelor of Environmental Design program from which she graduated in 2017. Her graduate capstone project focused on social justice through artistic expression in Colombia which was developed from her Bachelor of Arts senior thesis in Spanish Studies that she completed in summer 2018. During her studies, Danielle participated in a University of Minnesota Grand Challenges research project, fostering just and equitable communities in Colombia, which inspired her final academic projects. She also connected design students and alumni as the Landscape Architecture representative on the Design Student and Alumni Board during both her undergraduate and graduate years. Her experiences have led her to seek and create thoughtful spaces and experiences that offer senses of healing, welcoming, and safety.
